I'm a Senior Product Designer with 9+ years at the intersection of complex systems and real human needs. My work spans nonprofit CRM platforms, EdTech products, and before working in tech I worked in the midde east at a childrens home in lebanon.
I care about accessibility, the kind of attention to detail that makes a dense workflow feel like a conversation, and building things that actually ship.
I'm at my best when problems are ambiguous and the stakes are real. I bring product thinking, systems fluency, and a bias toward shipping things that work.
